In fact, there is direct ski access right from the apartments and the facility is located among a century-old pine forest with a magical view of a typical mountain landscape. Guests will enjoy a relaxing vacation filled with numerous sports and activities starting from simple outings in nature to panoramic high altitude hikes among the spectacular mountain peaks!
In the SUMMER:
This newly built, family managed facility has been created in a typical alpine style architecture and it is located in the lovely Val di Sole valley close to Madonna di Campiglio, right in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites. It is immersed in a centuries-old pine forest, looking out onto the typical magical landscape of the Dolomites.
Guests will enjoy a relaxing vacation with the chance to try numerous sports including simple nature outings, panoramic excursions on the mountain tops among amazing peaks, fantastic mountain bike outings during which it is possible to take advantage of the various lifts that are open in the summer and then descend on routes with various difficulty levels or the tracks used for the Downhill World Cup or easy mountain trails that are perfect for the entire family including the little ones: all surrounded by breathtaking landscapes!
We also provide special discounts for the tennis courts, the rollerblade rink and mountain bike rental, just 100 m from our facility.
Guests will also receive a 15% discount on all summer activities for adults and children at the RAFTING CENTER VAL DI SOLE in the town of Dimaro.
In the WINTER:
This newly built, family managed facility has been created in typical alpine style architecture and it is located in the lovely Val di Sole valley close to Madonna di Campiglio, right in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites.
Guests who enjoy skiing and all comforts, truly appreciate this facility and the fact that they can leave the facility with their skis already on, but that’s not all, the facility is also immersed in a centuries-old pine forest, looking out onto the typical magical landscape of the Dolomites, giving guests the chance to enjoy a relaxing vacation but with numerous sports to choose from including simple nature outings with snowshoes or panoramic excursions on the mountain tops among amazing peaks!
Our guests will receive special discounts at the ice skating rink located just 100 m from our facility and a 10% discount at the Skicenter restaurant located right at the top of the slopes.
Our facility has two national ski and snowboard instructors making it easy for guests to BOOK LESSONS or EXCURSIONS.
We provide a 15 % DISCOUNT on ski and snowboard equipment rental.

The structure is of private family management, my father built this fabulous structure back in 1973 then over the years we have enlarged and completely renovated it. I am Daniele and together with my brother Lorenzo, our families and my Father Marino we take care of every need of our guests .. we are waiting for you!!
