The coolest winter aperitif comes back to the best Dolomite ski slopes. 12 dates, from 14th February to 18th March, to taste the best cheeses and products of Fiemme, Fassa and Primiero Valley. Tasty appetizers paired with the best Trentino wines, Trentodoc sparkling wine and local craft beers.
News of this 5th edition: 3 appointments at sunset – Taste the sunset – to enjoy a charming aperitif with the most beautiful mountain scenary of the Dolomites. And a special attention is reserved for our little guests: HappyCheese for Kids, the child-friendly aperitif with La Trentina apples and apple juice.
Don’t miss the special events: in the dairies of Cavalese and Val di Fassa, the Carnival and the Norcia– one of the best Italian areas for the production of salami, recently hit by the earthquake - events in San Martino di Castrozza and the events to the strains of Dolomiti Ski Jazz in Fiemme valley.
