Residenza Serafini offers, with its consolidated experience and its welcoming and equipped apartments of various types and sizes, for a relaxing and pleasant stay at Terme di Comano. We are in a privileged position in the center of the town of Comano Terme, next to the Tourism Promotion Company and the main commercial services and above all, only 650 meters from the Thermal Spa, which is easily reached by foot through the thermal park (to which you accesses directly from the entrance in front of our complex).
The residence is built on 3 floors with attic.
Apartments for 1 to 6 people are available.
Services: parking, garage, television, independent heating, washing machine, balcony or terrace, garden or lawn, available also on Christmas and New Year, Minimum stay. 3 days, bed linen and towels on request.
In some apartments we accept small pets.

Conditions
The room rate includes the use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen equipment, crockery, TV, washing machine, blankets and pillows and condominium charges. Instead, they do not include gas and electricity consumption (which will be calculated as by the relevant counter on the actual use at the end of the stay).
The supply of linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) is possible on request at a cost of € 9,00 per person per week.
The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 days: for other periods not listed please contact the residence directly.
The apartment is rented for the number of people stated at the time of booking. For each additional place, throughout the period or only for a few days, a supplement will be charged for the actual stay.

BY CAR: Brennero Motorway A22 exit Trento Sud. At exit of the tollbooth follow "all directions". Enter the ring road and take exit no. 6 from here after 30 km you reach the Terme di Comano. From Brescia it is recommended Caffaro SS (km.100)
BY TRAIN: A few meters from the train station of Trento, connections with Trentino Trasporti bus line to Comano Terme-Terme di Comano, tel. 0461 983627
BY PLANE: VERONA VILLAFRANCA AIRPORT, bus connection to Verona train station and then train to Trento, then bus service Trentino Trasporti with various daily racing to Terme di Comano:
