Dear guest, I have the honor to inform you that our structure is a quiet home with only 2 apartments for customers.

The house has private parking, bicycle and equipment storage, skis and boots.

The house is located 100m from the lifts from where you leave for the famous "Sella-Ronda" and in the summer period with the same lifts you can reach medium and high altitude walks even with bicycles and e-bikes.

The building is a few steps from the promenades connecting to the villages of Alba di Canazei and Campitello di Fassa, and also from the cycle path.

It is located in front of a bakery, a restaurant and an equipment rental shop, however in a central position, also in relation to the supermarket and shopping center and above the highly attractive swimming pool-lido.

    Dear guest, I would like to inform you that our rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday.

    Check in - after 3.00 pm; Check out before 9.00 am.

    At the time of booking, you are required to pay a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total amount by bank transfer. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival at the property, by bank transfer or cash.

    The reservation is valid exclusively within the terms and for the number of occupants specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider.

    The price includes:

    - energy consumption and heating in winter;

    - 1 parking space per apartment; - wi-fi internet connection;

    Final cleaning is included in the price as long as the apartment is left tidy; otherwise an extra €100.00 will be charged.

    Linen (bed and bathroom) is not included in the price.

Arrival

Coming from Egna/Ora or from the Costalunga Pass, enter the town of Canazei and continue on the main road that leads to the "Belvedere" ski lift; cross the bridge in the center of the village and drive along the Strèda de Parèda avenue for 200 m. On the right is the bank: Cassa FPB. Same house. Very easy to locate, as there is a large clock at the end of the building. The car park is located in front of the latter.

Coming from the Pordoi, Sella and Fedaia Dolomite passes, you need to take the Strèda de Parèda avenue past the start of the "Belvedere" lift and about 100 m away you will see the bank clock on the left: Cassa FPB. Enter the parking lot.
