From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

The final cleaning is included in the price, provided that the apartment is left clean and tidy. Otherwise will be charged an extra € 50,00.

Arrival
Exit Egna/Ora motorway A22, take the SS 48 of the Dolomites for 63 Km arriving in Canazei. Go through the center and continue on the main road, at the roundabout take the first exit and follow the signs to Penia. Once in Penia follow the main road for about 1 km until, on the left, take Streda de Antersies. Once in Streda de Antersies: -to go check-in at number 30, the first house on the left (home owners). -for the apartment take the first right, Streda Marmoleda.
