Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival.
From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Prices include the following:
■ USE OF SPA WELLNESS CENTRE open also to children, (see dedicated page.)
■ FREE INTERNET ACCESS with our wifi
■ LIFT TO ALL FLOORS
■ Reserved car parking for Villa Flora guests.
■ Tv Lounge on the ground floor with Sky channels.
■ Laundry facilities.
■ Ski deposit with boot dryers and bike deposit.
■ Taxes, electricity, hot water, all other incidental expenses, heating in the winter, not included in the summer.
■ Bed and bath linen changed weekly.
■ On request, free baby cots and high chairs.
■ Final cleaning is included subject to the apartment being left clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of € 50 will be made.
We ask Euro 100 caution per apartment, returned at the end of stay, after we check apartment conditions. Other services not mentioned in the above list may be at our discretion on payment.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
the holiday booked
