Welcome to Casa Polsa 1964, in the heart of the Monte Baldo Natural Park. In Polsa di Brentonico (TN), the house is located on the ground floor in a two-family villa, with a private equipped garden and private outdoor parking space. You will enjoy a home with every comfort, a large living room with wood stove, dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with hydromassage shower and closet. Polsa is a magical place, where the woods meet the blue of the sky and breathtakingly colored panoramas will make every day unforgettable. Spring will give you the awakening of nature, summer will give you the thrill of hiking or mountain biking, autumn will surprise you with the incredible colors of the foliage and in winter the magic of the snow will leave you breathless.

The most convenient motorway exit is in Rovereto Sud, 20 km away.

At about 250 meters from the house there are restaurants, pizzerias, and convenience stores. At 10 Km, in the quaint village of Brentonico you can find many other services: pharmacy, supermarkets, post office, bank etc...

At 20 Km you find Rovereto, a beautiful town rich in culture and art, with the Museum of Modern Art and The most important contemporary in Italy. At 25 km you can reach Lake Garda with the picturesque towns of di Torbole, Riva del Garda and Arco. 50 km to the north is Trento and 90 km to the south Verona.
