Changes to the reservation or cancellation with less than 7 days notice from the date of check-in or in case of no show: charge of whole reservation if we are unable to resell the accommodation to another customer.

Conditions of your staying
Breakfast is included and is available until 9.30. Check-in is by appointment only from 10.00 to 21.00: it is necessary to communicate the arrival time the day before. For any need to check in at different times, we invite you to contact us by phone, we will be glad and at your disposal to facilitate you as much as possible. The rooms are available from 14.00 onwards. Check out is before 10.00. Possibility of luggage storage. Smoking is prohibited throughout the b&b. No pets (unfortunately).
